VTG Kosta Boda Swedish Art Glass Grapes Oval Platter XL 15" L x 13" W 1985 EUC
This Kosta Boda organically-shaped oval art glass slab platter featuring a grape design, in excellent used condition (EUC) with no chips or cracks. Clear/opaque glass.
This is the largest platter in the Kosta Boda Kostrup (Grapes) series.
Artists: Ann & Göran Wärff
Made in: Sweden
Created: 1985-1991
Underside is textured and shows variations all over.
Each end of the platter is raised, creating a "handle".
Please take note that as hand made art glass, the size of the platter is not a perfect oval, but varies in an organic shape. There are air bubble inclusions throughout, typical of hand-poured, pressed glass, created during the manufacturing process.
