Condition:
Has some image cracking and discoloration, fading, and a tiny pinhole has been patched from the inside. The hole should not spread further and skin will not show through it. Tag is a Large but I feel it measures more similar to a modern Medium. Check measurements to ensure fit. No other flaws noticed. See photos.
