Vintage Orvin 17 Jewel Women's Watch Manual Wind Gold Tone w Stretch Band is in used, fair to good condition, but doesn't ever start up after winding up. In Set mode, hands move freely and smooth as it should.
I tried the methods found online for vintage watch winding, but it never did start.
No cracks or deep scratches on face, shows very nicely.
All band links are in good condition, just showing wear off of gold tone.
