This is a 4-piece set of "Big Mac Goods" created in collaboration between McDonald's Japan and BEAMS, which was sold on June 3, 2017, at the McDonald's Rakuten store.
The set includes a T-shirt (size M), a tote bag, a cap, and a pouch. Each item was a limited edition product with only 300 units available.
