This laminator can handle up to 11x14 inch documents. When shaken, a small internal component like a screw can be heard, but the unit functions properly. I have not inspected inside the unit. For large side laminations, you may need to lift one side of the exit plate to prevent the lamination from getting stuck; once adjusted, it exits smoothly. The exit plate may require some fine-tuning, which I have not attempted. The unit is quite heavy.
